SPP DATMO current sensor

The current sensor supplied by DATmoLUX a.s. is intended for contactless measuring of currents in street lighting cables. It has been designed as a separate unit which can be connected to a GSM modem or the sensor can be connected to the RS485 line as on a busbar and it is possible to communicate with the master unit. The sensor has been designed in particular for cooperation with other parts of the DATMO system such as CPU DATMO RVO and UNIpanel.

The sensor is fed with +12V/+24V DC, 1A power. It contains 18 (9) measuring circuits for current measurement within the range from 0.2A to 50A. (These circuits are represented by 6 three-phase cables.) The measured values are digitized with a measuring step of 200mA. There are "TEST" and "MASKA" keys on the SPP front panel. The "TEST" key can be used for immediate check of all measuring circuits. The "MASKA" key can be used for saving the reference current values in the SPP memory. The current values of currents are then compared with the reference ones and potential discrepancies are assessed as abnormal current statuses in the street lighting network. The SPP dimensions are 350x70x60 mm. The SPP is to be installed into a switchboard box on a DIN rail that is mounted in an installation cage or an installation board.
